This week’s challenge is to work in teams of 3 to set up a professional interview with good lighting and good sound and good questions.

- Be gracious, warm, empathetic (in most cases)
- Don’t ask yes or no questions
- Anticipate what they will say and have follow-up ready
- Listen! Don’t just be thinking about your next question
- Be willing to go in another direction
